Finding and working with an experienced local realtor that understands your particular city or region is a gift that every prospective buyer should take advantage of. Sara di Censo provided expert and highly professional advice and was supportive throughout the entire buying process. Eh già, perché grazie a lei abbiamo trovato casa!

From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Thanks to her guidance, I felt completely confident in purchasing a home via video alone. Sulmona is a breathtaking town, and I’m beyond grateful for Sara’s assistance in making my dream of owning a holiday home in Abruzzo a reality. John O522 days agoWe just closed on the purchase of our holiday home in Pacentro (Aquila), a week ago, all thanks to Sara, the best Real Estate Agent in Abruzzo!!!!!!! She literally held our hand' from the beginning to the end, navigating all the way from making the offer with the owner, acceptance of the offer, selecting the Geometra and Notary, working with the local municipality and making sure that all the required documents were in order, to the final signing of the contract. Sara's attention to detail and follow up are second to none. We were so fortunate to have found Sara and to have her help us with this important event. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone, local or remote, interested in buying a home in Abruzzo. All our best Sara, yours sincerely, John & Maria O'Malley (Portland, Oregon, US).

Tanya D709 days agoSara was amazing to work with in selling our apartment. She produced wonderful photos and a video (in English and Italian) to market it, kept us informed with each visit/offer, and even had a builder get renovation quotes for a potential buyer. We were astonished at how hard she worked for our sale, and we had an acceptable offer within weeks! She also handled setbacks with ease. She discovered a discrepancy on the documents that was apparently not handled correctly when we had purchased (through someone else). Sara and her geometra worked diligently to correct it in the most economical and efficient way possible, so the buyers would have a clean, proper deed. When we had difficulty closing one of our utility accounts, Sara even assisted us at the utility office. We know that we have found the most professional, trustworthy, hard-working realtor for our upcoming purchase as well. We highly recommend Sara to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Sulmona area!

Tanya K779 days agoMy husband and I began looking at properties in Italy, without knowing much about the process at all. We blindly set up appointments with agents to review homes we saw online. From the moment we discovered Sara to now, we are so grateful for her professionalism, guidance, and honesty during the whole process. She is one of the very few agents that is consistent with her communication, shows up on time, listens, explains, has an incredible website, helpful social presence, and can assist us in English. She is, by far, our favorite agent to work with. We would not have made it this far in finding our home if it wasn't for her. If you have the opportunity, work with Sara!!
